**Custom Order Items, Patterns & Fabric
1. All items including but not limited to patterns & fabrics are not returnable nor refundable.
Unless deemed to be defective or the error was on our part.
2. You MUST notify us by phone within 48 hours of receiving your order of any issues or errors.
3. Custom order items are NOT returnable nor refundable d/t color not being what was expected or you simply changed your mind.

**Approved Returns Policy
1. Item(s) must be received back to Sew Creative within 7 days to qualify for a replacement, refund, exchange or store credit. (7 days from the date of notification of your return/exchange). Items received after the 7 days will not be eligible for return. **Exception: Other arrangements have been made with Sew Creative regarding your return/exchange/refund item(s).
2. Items MUST be returned in NEW unused condition & packing. Along with your fully completed & signed
3. We do not refund postage/shipping unless our error.
**Condition Of Return/Exchange Items
1. Items being returned/exchanged must be sent back in their original condition.
2. We will not accept the following items back for refund/return/exchange:
Item(s) that have been washed, altered, damaged in any way (i.e., including but not limited to being dirty, soiled, with hair (animal/or human), smell of smoke or perfume & liquids.
3. Sew Creative Sewing: RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISPUTE ANY RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE D/T THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS BEING RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
**Return/Exchange Shipping Policy
1. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Returns, exchanges & refunds are minus postage/shipping costs. If your returning an order that qualified for FREE postage/shipping. We will deduct our cost of postage/shipping of that order from the amount of your refund.
2. All our orders are shipped with insurance and claims are handled in accordance with the USPS policies. If you should receive a damaged order please contact us immediately so we may assist you.
3. If you should receive a defective item or an error with your order. We pay all shipping charges to replace the item(s). Our errors will be corrected at our cost.
**Undeliverable & Refused Package/Order's Policy:
1. Should a package/order be returned to us as undeliverable or refused by customer. Customer will be refunded for their order minus our initial postage/shipping costs to ship order, USPS returned postage/shipping charges & a 25% restocking fee.
2. Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information. As well as accepting their packages/orders & following our return policy for sending orders/items back to us.
3. Any errors in shipping & order processing made by us will be taken care of by us.
**Order Cancellation Policy:
1. Orders must be cancelled by 11:00 pm EST on the same day ordered to avoid a cancellation/restocking fee.
2. Orders cancelled after 11:00 pm EST, next day, or before order has been shipped may incur a 25% restocking fee.
3. Orders cancelled after being shipped will incurr a 25% restocking fee & shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Orders cancelled after being shipped will need to follow our return/refunds/exchange policy.
